Privacy policy

This app audits the product catalog of your Shopify store and, on the paid plan, drafts fixes for you to review. It is built and operated by Anicca Labs LLC.

What we access

• Product data (titles, descriptions, tags, types, SEO fields, image URLs and alt text) — read to compute your catalog health score, and written only when you click Apply on a fix you have reviewed.
• Store identity (your myshopify domain and an OAuth access token) — stored so the app can talk to Shopify on your behalf.

What we never access

No customer data. No orders, no customer names, emails, or addresses. The app does not request those permissions at all.

AI processing

On the paid plan, the product fields listed above are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft descriptions, SEO text, and image alt text. Drafts are generated only from what your product listing already says, are always shown to you before anything is applied, and are not used to train AI models.

What we store

OAuth sessions and daily usage counters (how many generations your store ran today), keyed to your store's domain. Generated drafts are not stored server-side; they exist in your browser until you apply or discard them.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app revokes its access and deletes its sessions. Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks are honored: on a shop-redact request, every record keyed to your store is erased.
